Step 1 – Forms to be completed: ( Help how to sign documents in pdf) 

• Complete and sign the Medication Policy Form.
• Complete and sign the Photo authorization Form.
• Complete and sign the Bank Form.
• Complete and sign the Term and Conditions Form
• Proof of payment of admission and matriculation

Step 2 – Required documents

• Vaccination Book.
• Official medical certificate from the pediatrician (confirming good health or reporting any conditions eg. allergies).
• Latest report from the previous school.
• 1 family photo.
• ID document OR passport of the student
• 1 copy of father’s ID
• 1 copy of mother ‘s ID

Step 3 – Please complete the online form that you will see below.

*Important! We will request to attach all the documents from Step 1 (completed, signed and saved in digital file) and Step 2 (scanned).

Matriculation

The admission of a student is conditioned on our terms and conditions. A student will be enrolled in our school after accepting the offered place and paying an initial deposit of admission and tuition.
